Our primary goal at BattleRapper.com is to provide our users, and members, access to rap battles and rap videos, posted by our members. By joining the BattleRapper community you agree to, and accept, all of the following conditions set forth below, and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or older. These terms of service supersede and/or replace any claims, or written and oral agreements, set forth by BattleRapper.com, it's sponsors, and valued clients.

General. These terms of service will be governed, and construed, in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any realized breach of this terms of service, will result in immediate suspension, termination, and/or prosecution under the laws of which we are governed. By using this site, you herein signify consent to our terms of service provided on our site, and continued usage of our site will be in accordance that our terms of service will be accepted by the user and/or members of this site.

Acceptance. This document describes the terms of the services, that are provided by BattleRapper.com. BattleRapper provides it's users, and members, services to post music videos of themselves and/or partners, in accordance with the terms of usage listed here. In order to post/share videos, join community groups, or access BattleRapper's other services, you will have to create a personal account.

Availability. The BattleRapper.com staff works hard to maintain a maintenance-free environment to all of our members and users, with a probable 100% uptime and availability. Occasionally, unplanned or planned scheduled maintenance will occur, resulting in a short time of loss availability to our site. Maintenance time will normally be within seconds, minutes, or hours, depending on the situation which is encountered. We cannot guarantee 100% access and availability, due to malicious attacks, viruses, or any attempt to slow or stop our system. Our site is checked continuously to maintain 100% uptime to all of our members, and users, of which BattleRapper.com will do everything possible to keep this site up at all times. In the event of site maintenance exceeding 1 hour, we will post a scheduled maintenance time frame, in which will be placed on our home page, prior to the time that the maintenance will begin.

Registration. All members will provide current and accurate information throughout the registration process. BattleRapper.com will not be held responsible for possible abuse of any personal information, due to users' lack of inability, to control spyware or adware programs, embedded into the users' computer system or networks. It is the users responsibility to maintain their computer system, or network, to provide a safe and spy-free atmosphere at all times, in the event of malicious attacks on their systems.

Password. You are solely responsible for your account's activity, and must keep your account password private and safe. In case of account breach, you must notify BattleRapper.com immediately at abuse@battlerapper.com.

Usage. The terms of service apply to all users of BattleRapper.com, including users contributing video content, messenging, and who provide other materials or services on BattleRapper.com. BattleRapper.com has no guarantee or warranty, of suitability to any specified fitness to any particular purpose, nor be held accountable to any claims, or promises, set forth or stated on this site.

Privacy. BattleRapper.com respects the privacy of all it's users and members. Please review our privacy policy for more information.

Restrictions. Members and users are not permitted to disrupt the services provided by BattleRapper.com, nor will access information be permitted to share to any 3rd parties, or non-members of this site. Members may not post videos of unnecessary violence, pornograhic/sexually explicit material, or of any illegal nature. Non-compliance with our restrictions may result in removal of videos and/or immediate termination, of any members found in violation of our terms of service.

Termination. BattleRapper.com can, and will, terminate any members who are found to have violated these terms of service, at any specified time.

Links. This website may contain links to third party websites that may, or may not, be owned or operated by BattleRapper.com. BattleRapper.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the practices, privacy, or material of any third party websites.
